The hotel was a great place for enjoying a pretty comfortable area, adjacent to Puyuhuapi and center. The rooms were new-fashioned with hypo-allergenic pillows. The staff were very-very nice and friendly lot of the time. The location of the property was great - not very far from Experiencia Austral.
